Mission-Critical Infrastructure Instructor
Jay started his career as a union electrician with IBEW Local 22 and worked his way into some of the most demanding environments in the industry - including roles at CBRE, Schneider Electric, and Google, where he supported mega-scale data center commissioning, cooling retrofits, and direct liquid cooling pilots. He's held operational and leadership roles at Aligned Data Centers, QTS, and DataBank, and today serves as Commissioning and Customer Manager at Impact Cx and co-founder of Method Xperts, where he translates field experience into workforce training and curriculum. Jay's instruction cuts to what actually matters on the floor: commissioning discipline, safety culture, and building the kind of technicians mission-critical sites can rely on.
